Why Choose Us

We are Certified Under the Cyber Essentials Protocol.

The government requires all suppliers bidding for contracts involving the handling of certain sensitive and personal information to hold an up to date Cyber Essentials certificate. This is mandatory for Town and Parish Council websites using the .gov.uk domains.

We have been actively involved in Local Government Administration for over 25 years so we understand all aspects of the business and legislation covering town and parish councils.

We have been providing a fully managed website service to parish and town councils since 2005; a service that offers full continuity and less burden on the clerk at a cost that is often significantly less than our competitors who will rent you a website which you have to update yourself.

Our website service means that your clerk simply sends information and documents to us and we manage everything on the website in a timely manner.

Our Parish Package provides all the facilities and services required by current legislation but if you want to provide a better service to your town or parish you may upgrade to a higher package or add optional extras to your chosen package.

We fully support Social Media, Fix-My-Street and RSS Feeds.

UK Government Legislation

All council websites must be WCAG2.1AA and all device compliant by 25th September 2020

"Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are part of a series of web accessibility guidelines published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the main international standards organization for the internet. They consist of a set of guidelines for making content accessible, primarily for people with disabilities, but also for all user agents, including highly limited devices, such as mobile phones. Section 508 was enacted to eliminate barriers in information technology, to make available new opportunities for people with disabilities, and to encourage development of technologies that will help achieve these goals."
