How long do we keep your data
We will retain your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) until such time as your request is being processed, on completion it will be destroyed. Those acting in their role a council employee who work from home or member of a council may have their data retained for up to seven years in order to comply with Financial Regulations.
We will not use your personal data for marketing purposes unless you provide personal information in order to make an enquiry or place an order. Council employees who work from home or members of a council providing information is exempt from marketing. Any council employees who work from home or members of a council are exempt from our marketing policy and should use our GDPR Form to inform us if they are no longer an employee or member of a specific council.
